The SUNY Library Support
Center (SLSC) was established to provide first level support and fielding of service calls for each of the
libraries that complete and execute a Participating Library Agreement. The 1997 amendment
to the SUNY/DRA contract now establishes DRA/MultiLIS as the provider of software support.

significant number of MultiLIS software support resources are available via the links
listed above.
In addition, the SLSC provides the following services:
Distribution of software to all Participating Libraries
Verify readiness of each Participating Libray for the
software
Provide pre-implementation consultation
Provide implementation of software
Provide installation of software and exceptional hardware
Provide assistance in data conversion
Maintain all required records for license, maintenance,
and support
Provide for assistance in acceptance testing
Provide and maintain appropriate reports to Participating
Libraries
Inform MultiLIS regularly of campus readiness, status of
retrospective conversion and barcoding projects, and other pertinent information
